To Whom It May Concern,

I am looking for a position as a 'Resident Apartment Manager'. My experience in this field began in July 1997 managing the 'Mayfair Apts.' in downtown San Diego in the 'Cortez Hill' neighborhood. I was at this location for over a year and a half. I then took over at 'La Casa Flores', a large 19 unit luxury building  in the 'Banker's Hill' neighborhood. I have also taken the R.O.P. course in Apartment Management, and will be taking courses from the San Diego Apartment Association to receive their certificate. I am now looking for a new and better situation and would like to stay in the Downtown, Hillcrest, or Balboa Park locations.
I believe my combination of intelligence, experience, education, abilities and willingness and enthusiasm to learn will meet the requirements of nearly any position  available, and  would be able to bring even more to the position than expected and would be an asset to you and your company. I feel I would be of great benefit to any company  because of this varied background of education, experience and abilities. I am world  traveled, have a good 'people' background , like challenges , stay calm  and  focused under stress  and pressure and enjoy meeting new people.
